We reimagined the first-step experience for visually impaired individuals by replacing abstract spatial directions with clear haptic and sensory feedback.

This approach enables users to navigate confidently without relying on visual cues. A set of tactile and high-contrast icons makes key infrastructures such as stairs, ramps, and curbs easy to identify, addressing small details that have a big impact on safety and comfort.

Recognising that every impairment is unique, the design emphasizes adaptability, clarity, and inclusivity, empowering users to start each journey with confidence.
