Our work focused on designing better remote patient monitoring for care teams managing high blood pressure. Because many patients live far from providers and miss follow-up calls, teams spend time collecting context after high BP readings.

We designed simple, customisable on-device surveys that appear right after each measurement, shifting this responsibility to patients. This design empowers patients to share context immediately, integrates data seamlessly into the Withings RPM platform, and lets care teams focus on care.

Designed for elderly users, the experience emphasises clarity, accessibility, and ease, creating a more inclusive and efficient follow-up process.
