We reimagined the installation flow to be more than a setup process. It became the user’s first meaningful interaction with their device. Our goal was to design an experience that guides effortlessly, feels premium, and adapts to Withings’ expanding product ecosystem.

By developing a modular and future-proof system, we enabled product categories to share core steps while supporting unique technical needs such as Wi-Fi or Bluetooth pairing. This flexible structure streamlined updates and reduced support demands.

To ensure clarity at every moment, we incorporated precise 3D animations and accurate in-app representations of each device interface. The result is a smooth, delightful first experience that sets the tone for the entire product journey.
